LuxonVideo does not accept any returned products without an RMA#. All requests for return will be evaluated based on the LuxonVideo Limited Warranty Policy. After this evaluation, if deemed by the LuxonVideo RMA Department to be eligible for a return or repair, an RMA# and authorization form will be sent via fax or email.
